AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

By registering for the Vital Vials Affiliate Program, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and agree to the following terms.
Affiliate Benefits
Affiliates begin with a 10% commission on qualifying referred sales and a 10% customer discount code.
After generating 200 qualifying referrals, an Affiliate may choose either:
15% commission + 10% customer discount, or
10% commission + 15% customer discount
unless otherwise stated by Vital Vials LLC.
Affiliates receive a unique discount code, referral URL, and QR code for tracking referrals.
Commissions & Payments
Commissions are calculated on qualifying product sales after discounts and exclude shipping, taxes, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks.
Payments are processed weekly unless otherwise stated by Vital Vials.
Vital Vials may deny, reverse, or withhold commissions involving refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate or manipulated referrals, self-referrals, misuse of codes, or other suspicious or non-qualifying activity.
Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases. Affiliates may instead be provided a separate 10% personal discount code.
Affiliate discount codes can’t be stacked with other codes and may be excluded from certain sale, promotional, or specially priced products.
Marketing Rules
Affiliates must represent Vital Vials accurately and professionally. Affiliates may not make false, exaggerated, deceptive, or misleading claims; impersonate Vital Vials; engage in spam or fraudulent advertising; manipulate referrals; or misuse Vital Vials branding.
Products designated for research use only must be promoted accordingly. Affiliates may not promote these products for human consumption, provide human dosing or administration instructions, or make unauthorized medical or therapeutic claims.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable laws, advertising requirements, and platform rules when promoting Vital Vials.
Program & Termination
Vital Vials LLC may suspend or terminate an Affiliate at any time. Legitimately earned commissions will remain payable after ordinary termination; however, unpaid commissions connected to fraud, prohibited marketing, manipulation, or serious violations may be forfeited.
Vital Vials may modify commission rates, discounts, requirements, or other Affiliate Program terms. Affiliates will be notified in advance of material changes.
Participation does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship with Vital Vials LLC.
Acceptance
By signing up for or participating in the Vital Vials Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Affiliate Agreement.
